How does partnership differ from EPC?

In participation, how the resources, costs, risks and interests are divided between the parties are drawn out of the text of the agreement. the title of participation alone does not create a single responsibility for the design, supply or implementation. the limits of representation, the right to sign, the approval of the budget and the way of settlement should be cleared before the design of the workflow.

Bottlenecks

Unregistered imports, non-reference resolutions, payments outside the joint budget, the distribution of costs without the basis and the difference in the version of the report, the background of disputes and delays. The project can progress technically while the status of commitments and settlement of the partner is not clear.

A sample payment must be recyclable from the document to the share of any partner. the unlawful user should not release the approved. the change of the share or budget without a history is not permitted. the meeting report must show the date of the situation, the sources and the open decisions.
